PC stands for Porsche Centre (PZ = 'Porsche Zentrum' in German).

TIMES is the German Porsche dealer magazine that is published 4 times a year. It can be edited by each dealer to include local content and some dealers are more active than others which is the reason that the number of pages can be different from one dealer to another. Nevertheless these magazines are always nice to read and very collectible.
